Engineer – Parts & Service for Surface & Underground Drills (Middle East)

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer – Parts & Service to join our Middle East team in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving parts sales and providing technical support for Sandvik surface and underground drilling equipment across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell consumables, spare and wear parts for Sandvik drilling equipment.
• Support dealers and customers with service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and advanced repairs.
• Deliver training on equipment operation, service, and maintenance to dealer and customer teams.
• Provide technical assistance for commissioning, warranty handling, and product launches.
• Install, inspect, repair, and commission drilling equipment on‑site or at company premises.
• Analyse failed products, report abnormalities, and recommend improvements.
• Develop routine work procedures in line with health and safety standards.
• Prepare reports, analysis, and documentation for invoicing and service planning.
• Travel extensively across Middle Eastern countries and adapt working hours to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Proven experience in service, maintenance, or repair of heavy drilling equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently on complex issues.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Middle East.
• Excellent communication skills for training and customer interaction.
