Engineering Supervisor – Hotel Facilities

About the role

Join the DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City Hotel as an Engineering Supervisor and lead the daily operation of the building’s mechanical, electrical and safety systems. You will ensure that every guest experiences a safe, comfortable and memorable stay through reliable facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Train, schedule and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance to maintain high‑quality work.
• Maintain compliance with local and national regulations for HVAC, mechanical, electrical and life‑safety systems.
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, documenting work in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors, inspect completed work and ensure it meets quality standards.
• Respond promptly to service requests, guest concerns and emergency situations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ad‑hoc repairs on hotel fixtures, fittings and systems.
