About the role

GEMS Founders School Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join its world‑class International School. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality A‑Level English instruction, contribute to a vibrant learning community and support the school’s vision to Grow, Flourish and Succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely interventions and support.
• Collaborate with department heads and school leadership to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.

Required profile

• Embodies the core values of Grow, Flourish & Succeed.
• Holds a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching English at A‑Level.
• Creative, enthusiastic and able to share exemplary teaching practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students and parents.
• Track record of outstanding learning and teaching outcomes.
• Willingness to engage actively in extracurricular and community events.
