Enrollment Advisor – MBA Africa Market

About the role

We are looking for a driven Enrollment Advisor to join our high‑energy sales team in Dubai. You will prospect, engage, and advise prospective MBA candidates across Africa, guiding them through the full application and enrollment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate year‑over‑year lead volume growth and develop strategies to engage corporate partners and university stakeholders in Africa.
• Travel to and host events, fairs, and webinars to promote the MBA program.
• Exceed seasonal and annual enrollment targets while managing a large pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
• Convert enquiries into applications, maintaining strong conversion rates.
• Provide consultative support, helping candidates understand the program, secure financial aid, and complete enrollment steps.
• Interview viable applicants and personalize each stakeholder’s experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in education or related sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
