Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking strategic‑thinking, resourceful Enterprise Account Managers to join its Commercial team in Dubai. In this role you will act as the trusted business advisor for the company’s largest merchants, guiding them through the complex global payments landscape and ensuring long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Driving Merchant ROI by creating and executing merchant‑specific development plans focused on revenue generation.
• Performance Optimization through deep‑dive analysis of payment data to improve acceptance rates, reduce false declines, and streamline checkout flows.
• Strategic Growth by identifying upsell opportunities for new products and features to increase share of wallet.
• Retention & Loyalty by building high‑touch consultative relationships and addressing complex merchant pain points.
• Commercial Negotiation, handling difficult conversations and pushback from sophisticated enterprise merchants.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration with Sales, Integration, Legal, and Product teams to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
• Market Advocacy, acting as the voice of Checkout.com’s product and brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payments or related financial services.
• Ability to influence C‑level stakeholders and conduct rigorous analytical deep‑dives.
• Resilience and strong communication skills for handling challenging negotiations.
• Resourceful, highly driven, and comfortable working across multiple seniority levels (Junior, Mid, Senior).
