Enterprise Growth Trainee (Full‑time, Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a smart, curious and highly driven recent graduate to work directly with the Founder & CEO on enterprise growth. This full‑time trainee position offers hands‑on experience in large‑enterprise technology sales across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research priority companies across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia and identify senior decision‑makers in fraud, identity, security, digital, authentication and customer experience functions.
• Build and maintain detailed account and contact lists, draft personalised LinkedIn and email outreach, and systematically follow up with prospects to secure meetings.
• Prepare briefing notes for founder meetings, track outreach, responses and opportunities in the CRM, and coordinate with the Enterprise Sales team as deals progress.
• Support targeted outreach linked to the Founder’s travel and industry events, and continuously improve research quality and outreach effectiveness.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of work experience with strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent research skills, highly organised, detail‑oriented and persistent in follow‑up.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, online research tools and basic CRM systems.
• Self‑starter who can work independently, is curious about technology and business, and eager to engage with senior executives.
