Entry-Level Waiter – Customer Service Role

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, entry‑level individuals to join our hospitality team as Waiters/Service Attendants. You will play a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences across our diverse portfolio of food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, courteous table service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
• Make product recommendations and respond to guest inquiries to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and eager to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and preparation standards where applicable.

Required skills

• Previous experience in a waiter or food‑and‑beverage role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency with cash handling and POS systems.
