ERP Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Absolute ERP is seeking an experienced ERP Sales Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on driving new business and expanding the client base for the company’s cloud‑based ERP solutions across manufacturing, trading and service sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and surrounding region.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track sales performance, contribute to forecasts and support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven track record in end‑to‑end ERP or enterprise software sales, preferably SaaS.
• Strong experience in lead generation, account management and achieving sales quotas.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and travel within the region as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
