Events Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in exhibitions and events to lead strategic planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for exhibitions, conferences, and live events, including calendars, campaign frameworks, and budgets.
• Oversee creative direction, brand alignment, and content development across digital, print, and on‑ground touchpoints.
• Lead coordination with PR agencies, media partners, and creative studios, negotiating contracts and managing performance.
• Develop and manage PR strategies, press releases, media engagement, and influencer collaborations.
• Lead digital campaigns across social media, Google, and email platforms, analyzing performance and optimizing ROI.
• Plan visitor acquisition campaigns, drive strategic partnerships, and oversee on‑ground marketing presence at live events.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience in exhibitions, events, or experiential industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and lead cross‑functional teams under tight timelines.
