About the role

Property Shop Investment (PSI) is seeking ambitious, commercially driven individuals to join its Abu Dhabi team as Real Estate Agents. The role focuses on off‑plan property sales and investment advisory, working with both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of local and international investors.
• Introduce clients to selected off‑plan projects and investment opportunities.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, events and marketing activities.
• Take ownership of the full sales journey from first conversation to closing.
• Stay updated on new launches, market trends, payment plans and project offerings.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with confidence presenting high‑value opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, proactive and comfortable working with targets.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as European, Russian, Chinese or Arabic are highly preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales tools.
