Executive Director of Guest Experience (Programming)

About the role

The Executive Director of Guest Experience (Programming) will lead the design and delivery of distinctive guest experiences across Jumeirah’s global portfolio. Reporting to corporate leadership, this individual contributor role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on execution to ensure every property offers memorable, commercially viable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with each property’s hotel team to enhance and curate property‑specific guest experiences, both in‑house (dining, wellness, recreation) and external (excursions, private events, safaris, cultural activities).
• Ensure all experiences align with the property’s business model, commercial viability and operational feasibility at scale.
• Lead the development of detailed processes, operating budgets, pricing structures and logistics to enable consistent delivery.
• Identify, explore and disseminate best‑in‑class industry practices across the portfolio.
• Act as the primary hands‑on lead for execution, supporting properties throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in global luxury hospitality, with senior roles shaping guest experience across multi‑property or international portfolios.
• Proven ability to influence and gain buy‑in from hotel property teams.
• Background in concierge services, destination management companies, high‑end DMCs or luxury travel.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing operating budgets and pricing.
