About the role
We are looking for an Executive to develop and execute a sales strategy for our showroom, targeting B2B accounts across logistics, construction, FMCG distribution, government and leasing sectors. The role involves generating leads, building relationships and closing fleet deals.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market intelligence and existing industry contacts.
- Maintain and grow key accounts with regular follow‑up, relationship building and upselling of after‑sales packages.
- Identify customer needs, prepare tailored proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate fleet deals, pricing, contracts and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from inquiry to after‑sales handover.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Track market trends and competitor activity and provide feedback to shape product and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, CRM usage and accurate reporting of pipeline and sales activities.
