About the role
BDO UAE's Support Services team is looking for an Executive to provide technical support to its clients, helping them get the assistance they need quickly and effectively. The role is full time.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients by phone, email or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Offer guidance on product usage and features.
- Take part in training sessions to build product knowledge.
Required profile
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: experience with CRM tools and fluency in other languages.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems.
- Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
