Exhibition Sales Manager

About the role

The Exhibition Sales Manager will lead all sales activities for Domus Group’s portfolio of exhibitions in the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for building and maintaining exhibitor relationships, generating new leads and securing sponsorships to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for exhibitions, from prospecting to contract signing.
• Develop and implement customized sales strategies to acquire and retain exhibitors.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and sponsors.
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless event execution.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development and client account management, preferably within the exhibitions or events sector.
• Background in event management, exhibition planning and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strategic planning skills focused on market trends and revenue objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales‑lead tracking software.
