Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager ensures that client expectations for facilities services are met or exceeded, overseeing service quality, technical compliance, and budget control across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling urgent requests, explaining technical works, and delivering regular performance reports.
• Lead in‑house technical teams (HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical) and supervise third‑party contractors to maintain health, safety, and legal standards.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, prioritising issues based on criticality and client impact.
• Manage property budgets ranging from AED 5 million to AED 10 million, approve procurement, and control spend against allocations.
• Develop and support direct and indirect reports, fostering performance improvement and teamwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of facilities management experience with strong client‑relationship, budget‑control, and service‑delivery responsibilities.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
