F&B Service Expert (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Service Expert to join our team at Baba’s Lounge in Dubai Marina. In this full‑time position you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they are seated.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the dining area, including table settings and linens.
• Greet guests, present menus, take orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor issues and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining area and service equipment.
• Follow health, safety and food‑handling procedures at all times.
• Assist with stock replenishment and ensure supplies are organized.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and strong communication skills.
