About the role
Marriott International’s Voyage program is a full‑time, paid development experience for recent graduates, offering hands‑on learning across hotel functions with a focus on sales and marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in mini‑rotations to understand and manage various hotel operations.
- Build customer relationships and champion innovation within the property.
- Manage projects, improve processes, and present initiatives through a Voyage project.
- Engage in management meetings and collaborate with global Voyage participants.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Associates acceptable for Culinary) earned within the last two years.
- Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal communication, and self‑management abilities.
- Desire for personal and professional growth and ability to work collaboratively.
- Right to work in the UAE (visa provided for this program).
