About the role
Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel is seeking a friendly and attentive F&B Waiter to join its vibrant service team. The role involves delivering high‑quality dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure timely service and smooth‑running operations.
- Follow hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and personal grooming standards.
- Maintain full knowledge of hotel services and facilities to answer guest queries.
- Operate POS equipment accurately and develop complete menu knowledge.
- Check out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor.
- Maintain station cleanliness in accordance with standards at all times.
- Ensure safety and security protocols, respecting guest privacy.
- Participate in training meetings to continuously improve service skills.
- Handle room‑service orders, check corridors for trays, and break down trays in the dish area.
- Follow reasonable work‑related requests from managers to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
