Field Sales Executive – Restaurants & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to sell our smart water filtration and bottling solution to restaurants, cafés, bakeries and hotels across the UAE. You will work directly with venue owners and group F&B managers, turning each visit into a signed contract and ongoing partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Visit venues daily to pitch the smart water system and provide branded samples.
• Generate your own pipeline through door‑knocking, referrals and your existing network.
• Present commercial cases comparing current per‑litre costs with our solution.
• Close deals, hand over happy customers to the onboarding team and expand accounts with additional product ranges.
• Collaborate with an SDR team that books 2‑3 meetings per day and report directly to the founders.

Required profile

• Proven field‑sales experience on a hard product with a track record of creating demand.
• Established relationships in the UAE hospitality market.
• Ability to start delivering results from day one with minimal training.
• Comfortable spending the day in the field and being judged on closed deals.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus and a valid UAE driving licence.

• Basic salary of AED 10,000 per month plus AED 1,500 commission per signed venue (uncapped).
