Field Sales Executive – Schools & Educational Products

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to promote our schools and educational products across Sharjah and the wider UAE. You will be the main point of contact for schools, nurseries, bookstores and distributors, driving new business and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit schools, nurseries, bookstores and customers throughout the UAE to generate sales leads.
• Present our books, curricula and educational solutions and prepare quotations.
• Take orders, follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records.
• Participate in school book fairs, product demonstrations and other promotional events.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance.

Required profile

• Valid UAE residency visa and driving licence.
• Previous outdoor/field sales experience, preferably in education or publishing.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Target‑driven, professional and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
