Field Sales Representative (Cars)

About the role

Join the Cars vertical of Bayut & dubizzle as a Field Sales Representative, meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers, presenting car features and conducting test drives.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance and transfer teams to ensure successful vehicle transfers.
• Identify customer needs, provide recommendations, and follow up to improve closing ratios.
• Explain inspection reports, vehicle condition, service history and warranty to customers.
• Update viewings and comments in the system accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably in the motors industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic and drive for success.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software or apps, preferably Salesforce.
