Field Sales Representative – Cars

About the role

As a Field Sales Representative in the Cars vertical, you will meet buyers and sellers across the UAE to generate revenue through vehicle sales. You will act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth transactions and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and buyers.
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain inspection reports.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and transfer teams to complete vehicle transfers.
• Identify customer needs, provide recommendations, and follow up to improve closing ratios.
• Update viewings, comments, and inspection reports in the CRM system accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a field representative or account manager in the UAE, preferably in the motors industry.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Strong closing ability, customer‑service orientation, and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software or apps (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
