Finance Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to shape and execute the financial strategy of a fast‑growing organization in Dubai. The role reports to senior leadership and provides strategic insight to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations and management reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, profitability and overall financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
• Manage financial risk, internal controls and governance initiatives.
• Evaluate investments, acquisitions, business opportunities and major expenditures.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, investors and other external partners.
• Ensure compliance with financial, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing finance and accounting teams.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial leadership, corporate finance or accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of financial planning, reporting and analysis.
• Commercial awareness and strategic decision‑making ability.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, cash flow and financial performance.
• Deep understanding of financial controls, governance and risk management.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Effective communication and executive presentation skills.
• Professional finance or accounting certification is a plus.
