Finance Executive – Remote (Dubai, UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Executive to support UAE tax compliance, reporting and FP&A activities from a remote setting while based in Dubai. The role will ensure adherence to VAT and Corporate Tax regulations and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end UAE VAT compliance, including preparation and review of returns, reconciliations and monitoring input/output accuracy.
• Support implementation and filing of UAE Corporate Tax, maintain tax registers and related documentation.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors and regulatory authorities, and handle tax audits.
• Identify tax risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting, periodic forecasting and preparation of monthly financial performance reports and dashboards.
• Conduct margin, profitability and cost analysis, providing insights for business decisions.
• Work with NetSuite (or SAP/Oracle) ERP for data extraction, validation and automation of reporting processes.
• Ensure data integrity across finance systems and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA or CPA).
• 1–2 years post‑qualification experience in UAE VAT/Corporate Tax or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
