Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial control, reporting, and tax compliance for a multi‑entity trading group operating across more than 25 jurisdictions. The role reports to the CFO/CEO and requires a strong command of UAE tax regulations, IFRS reporting, and treasury management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close process for 25+ entities and prepare consolidated IFRS financial statements.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring and treasury operations.
• Deliver management reporting packs with clear commentary to senior leadership and the Board.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Lead UAE corporate tax compliance, VAT registration, returns, reconciliations and respond to FTA enquiries and audits.
• Advise on transfer pricing, cross‑border transactions and tax‑efficient structuring.
• Design, implement and maintain internal controls, financial policies and coordinate the annual external audit.
• Drive continuous improvement of ERP and financial systems, partnering with operations, legal and senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years progressive finance experience, at least 5 years in a senior financial control role.
• Proven background in a trading company and deep hands‑on expertise in UAE VAT and corporate tax.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience managing multi‑entity or cross‑border tax compliance.
• Currently residing in Dubai; fluent English.
