Finance Outsource – Financial Reconciliation Specialist

About the role

The Finance Outsource professional will manage financial reconciliations, month‑end closing activities, invoice processing, and audit support using the Oracle GRP system. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute trial balance and fixed assets reconciliations to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Process invoices, book transactions, and reconcile supplier pre‑payment accounts.
• Support external audits by providing schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Lead month‑end closing and financial book closure activities.

Required profile

• Arabic speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant finance experience.
• Proven ability to meet strict month‑end deadlines and deliver accurate financial records.
