Financial Analyst – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Dubai. You will turn data into actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and help ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and present financial data from multiple business units in MIS format.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to verify the accuracy and completeness of MIS reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, identifying cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Support consolidation by collecting and validating financial data from various departments.
• Prepare and reconcile audit schedules for group consolidated financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance, spot trends and assess risks.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation tools and best practices for budgeting, consolidation and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Reporting and Consolidation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a consultancy background.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA or ACCA are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and solid problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle.
• Experience with other accounting software.
