Financial Analyst

About the role

WSP is seeking a Financial Analyst for its Middle East operations, based in Dubai/Sharjah. You will work closely with the Financial Consolidation Manager and the wider finance team to support business performance analysis and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical and consolidation support, including monthly management reporting by business unit, country and entity.
• Identify key performance drivers, assess risks and opportunities, and analyse major projects and KPI metrics.
• Implement tools and strategies to turn raw data into actionable business insights.
• Support budgeting, quarterly forecasting and balance‑sheet reviews for internal control, governance and audits.

Required profile

• CFA, CPA or CA qualification with 3‑4 years of FP&A experience, preferably in professional services, consulting or engineering.
• Strong communication and report‑writing abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis concepts and strong analytical, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
