Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join LVMH Beauty Middle East & Africa in Dubai. Reporting to the Finance Controlling Manager, you will be responsible for financial controlling of subsidiaries across the Middle East and support the brand teams with analysis, reporting and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial controlling for Middle East subsidiaries, including monthly management reporting, budget preparation and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Partner with brand and finance managers to deliver insightful reports, benchmark performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead the budget and rolling forecast process, prepare the three‑year strategic plan and monitor cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow statements and analyse variances in sales, costs and profitability.
• Support internal control, external audit and finance‑IT projects, ensuring compliance with LVMH Group rules.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a university or business school.
• Approximately five years of experience in financial controlling within FMCG, luxury or retail environments.
• Fluent English with strong analytical thinking and business mindset.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with financial systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI (a plus).
