Financial Reporting Specialist – Dubai

About the role

The Financial Reporting Specialist will own the preparation and delivery of financial and regulatory reports for a leading financial services organisation in Dubai. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, external auditors, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial and regulatory reporting in line with IFRS, CBUAE Prudential Regulations and Basel requirements.
• Prepare and review periodic financial statements and regulatory submissions.
• Support and strengthen the organization’s financial control framework and governance standards.
• Produce management reporting, financial analysis and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in financial reporting within banking or a similar financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, CBUAE regulatory reporting, Prudential Regulations and Basel requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
