Fleet Sales Advisor

About the role

Al Tayer Group is hiring a Fleet Sales Advisor in Abu Dhabi. The role plans, initiates and runs the sales process with corporate customers and contributes to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Explore market opportunities and identify corporate customers to approach for fleet sales, then build contact and relationships.
• Discuss customer requirements, qualify their needs and propose solutions covering product mix, model mix and financial constraints.
• Take part in tender proposals and prepare pricing, terms and documentation with the Fleet Sales Manager.
• Prepare and maintain visit and call reports, report weekly and monthly on performance against targets, and keep an up-to-date customer database and prospect list.
• Coordinate pre-delivery inspections and vehicle deliveries, ensuring sales documentation is complete at delivery.
• Follow up after-sales enquiries with the service division and gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Maintain and build key accounts on a monthly basis.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline or through the automotive vocational route.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet sales in the GCC market.
