Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will support the Assistant Manager and F&B Operations Manager in delivering high‑quality service across the hotel’s dining outlets. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, team coordination, and operational efficiency in a 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor duty schedules and ensure timely set‑up of outlets according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Stewarding, and cashiers to maintain smooth operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions on guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, and upselling.
• Report equipment failures and maintenance needs to the Maintenance Department.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards for all assigned staff.
• Welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a friendly atmosphere throughout the outlet.
• Prepare store requisitions, verify deliveries, and manage inventory of operating materials, food, and beverages.
• Attend departmental meetings, briefings, and contribute to open communication within the team.
• Ensure compliance with Accor policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, able to lead by example.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
