About the role
The Food Runner supports the restaurant team by delivering food orders promptly and ensuring a high standard of service for guests at our Dubai hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Transport food from the kitchen to guest tables accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper temperature and presentation.
- Assist wait staff with table setup, clearing, and replenishing dining essentials.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery and communicate special guest requests.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of service stations and equipment.
- Support the F&B team during busy periods and help in other outlets when needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and basic English.
- Physically fit, able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork oriented and willingness to learn.
