FP&A Manager – Real Estate & Contracting

About the role

The FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, analysis and reporting for the Al‑Futtaim Contracting division. Based in Dubai, the role builds budgets, generates performance insights and supports senior leadership with data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly MIS flash performance reports at the SBU/Sub‑SBU level.
• Assist in the creation of monthly and quarterly financial and business review packs for senior leadership and Group Finance.
• Collect cash‑flow data from businesses and upload it into Anaplan.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests from Group Finance or internal AFC management.
• Collaborate with business and functional heads to develop the annual budget and a 3‑year financial plan for the construction arm.
• Support the FP&A lead in consolidating quarterly forecasts and ensure alignment with group guidelines.
• Communicate final budget and forecast P&L to SBU stakeholders and monitor progress.

Required profile

• At least 36 months of experience in finance, FP&A or related roles.
• Experience in real estate, construction or contracting is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
