About the role

Think Realty, a leading Dubai brokerage, is looking for a motivated French‑speaking real estate professional to join its Al Barsha office. You will work in a high‑energy, high‑reward environment, focusing on Dubai’s premium property market and serving an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high‑value portfolio of buyers and sellers in Dubai’s prime real estate market.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals and deliver client presentations.
• Provide exceptional service to an international client base and maintain strong relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven, well‑presented and ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Real‑estate experience in Dubai is preferred but not mandatory.
