French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative in Dubai

About the role

We are expanding our Revenue Marketing team in Dubai and are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative. You will identify and qualify B2B commercial opportunities across Europe and the Middle East, then hand them over to Account Managers or the Sales Director.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound telephone prospecting targeting large corporates, travel management companies, concierge services and business travel agencies.
• Qualify inbound leads from forms, marketing campaigns and referrals, and prioritize hand‑offs to the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate interaction logs, status tracking and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and Account Managers to ensure a healthy pipeline.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B prospecting or business development experience, preferably in premium services, corporate travel or luxury sectors.
• Fluent French and English; additional language such as Italian, Spanish or Arabic is a strong asset.
• Strong interpersonal and active‑listening skills, confident phone presence in a high‑end context.
• Detail‑oriented with rigorous lead qualification and CRM documentation.
