General Laborer – Construction & Fit‑out Roles

About the role

We are a Russian‑speaking fit‑out company operating in Dubai, seeking motivated general laborers to join our diverse construction teams. The role involves supporting a range of specialist trades on various fit‑out projects across the emirate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist skilled trades such as painters, plasterers, tilers, drywall installers, electricians, plumbers, masons, carpenters, and ceiling specialists.
• Perform site preparation, material handling, and clean‑up tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Support door and window installation, wall filling, leveling, and finishing painting activities.
• Follow project schedules, working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, six days a week.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in the UAE construction sector.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality results on time.
• Fluency in Russian is highly preferred, as we prioritize Russian‑speaking specialists and teams.
• Residency in Dubai.
