About the role

The Island Pool & Beach Club is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead the transformation of a luxury, island‑based destination. Reporting to senior ownership, you will be responsible for repositioning the venue, elevating service standards and creating a vibrant day‑to‑night entertainment experience for an affluent clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic repositioning of the island beach club concept.
• Restructure and build a high‑performing management and operational team.
• Design and curate world‑class entertainment, events and guest experiences.
• Drive profitability through commercial performance, VIP engagement and premium partnerships.
• Raise service standards and embed a culture aligned with leading international lifestyle destinations.
• Position the venue as a premier luxury island beach club and entertainment experience in the region.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience with internationally recognised luxury lifestyle or beach‑club brands (e.g., Nammos, Nikki Beach, Scorpios, etc.).
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑energy, day‑to‑night hospitality operations.
• Excellent understanding of VIP guest expectations and premium partnership development.
• Leadership style that fosters team performance and service excellence.
