About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel or resort in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will drive commercial performance, uphold brand standards, and create unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and profitability.
• Develop and execute revenue‑generation strategies to meet financial targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multicultural team to deliver high‑performance results.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and local partners.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local hospitality laws.

Required profile

• Proven track record as General Manager in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Strong commercial acumen with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Ability to inspire talent, foster a positive culture, and drive accountability.
