General Manager – Operations Lead

About the role

LEGXIS Investment L.L.C. is seeking a General Manager to work closely with the Founder and drive the next stage of organisational and operational development across its sport‑legend‑focused projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations, turning objectives into clear plans, responsibilities and processes.
• Coordinate development of three current projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, partner agreements and milestones.
• Establish reliable management reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow planning.
• Prepare operational and commercial foundations for planned project companies and support their establishment.
• Coordinate team members, project partners, service providers and external specialists.
• Support the Founder in strategic partnerships, financing processes and international development.
• Identify operational risks early and ensure decisions are documented clearly.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in an operational leadership role, ideally building or scaling international companies or projects.
• Strong skills in business planning, budgeting, financial control and cash‑flow management.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different business models in a structured, results‑focused way.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, SPVs or international partnerships is an advantage.
• Excellent English, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
