General Manager – Ultra‑Luxury Hotel

About the role

The position offers full leadership of a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Dubai, responsible for guest experience, people, brand, operations and commercial performance. The General Manager will drive the property to become one of Dubai’s most recognised luxury hospitality destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full P&L responsibility, lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, and drive revenue, GOP and profitability.
• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring luxury standards across rooms, F&B, guest relations, housekeeping, spa and supporting functions.
• Lead and inspire the Executive Committee, build a high‑performance culture and manage a multicultural workforce.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and revenue teams to strengthen market positioning and develop innovative guest experiences.

Required profile

• 15+ years of international hospitality experience, with significant General Manager or Hotel Manager leadership.
• Proven background in luxury or ultra‑luxury 5★ hotels, full P&L responsibility and strong commercial mindset.
• Experience managing large multicultural teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent English; previous Middle East experience is a strong advantage.
