About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a General Technician at Hilton you will maintain the hotel's physical safety and functionality while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring safety and functionality of guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team work orders.
- Perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs.
- Document inspections, repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
