German‑Speaking Forex Sales Agent (FX Sales Trainee)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated German‑speaking professional to join our Dubai team as an FX Sales Trainee. You will be responsible for turning prospects into active traders while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to support client retention and loyalty.
• Apply proven sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless trading journey.
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1 level) with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in finance, FX or high‑performance environments.
• Target‑driven, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting.
• Willingness to learn and develop specialised sales expertise.
