Global Brand Director (Niche Fragrances)

About the role

The Global Brand Director will lead the commercial growth of our niche fragrance portfolio on a worldwide scale. Reporting to senior executives, you will shape strategy, drive market expansion and ensure the brand’s premium positioning across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives to accelerate growth.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify new business opportunities and create detailed business plans.
• Monitor, measure and report on commercial performance against targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior managers and executives to support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Lead the identification and launch of new business opportunities globally.

Required profile

• Strong commercial awareness with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent organisational and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• A degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Solid sales and marketing background.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar senior role within the niche fragrance sector on a global scale.
