Global Compliance & Reporting Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a Consultant to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Dubai. You will lead complex tax engagements, manage client compliance and reporting, and help grow the GCR practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in delivering tax services, combining technical expertise with commercial and legislative knowledge.
• Manage day‑to‑day client engagements, monitor progress, standardise processes and mitigate risks.
• Supervise high‑performing teams, coach junior members and foster a learning culture.
• Ensure adherence to EY’s Tax Quality guidelines and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; advanced degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial, organisational and project‑management experience.
• Experience working with multinational clients in a multicultural environment.
