Global Talent Acquisition Lead – Legal & Compliance

About the role

Bybit is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead global hiring for its Legal & Compliance function. You will partner directly with Legal and Compliance leaders to shape hiring strategy, execute executive searches, and support workforce planning across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global hiring strategy for Legal, Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, Regulatory, Licensing, Risk, Audit, Governance and leadership roles.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational growth and hiring priorities.
• Provide market insights, compensation trends and competitor intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines for niche and executive‑level positions.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 6+ years of talent acquisition or executive search experience.
• Proven track record hiring Legal, Compliance, AML, Regulatory, Risk, Audit or Governance professionals.
