Google Ads Manager – Paid Search Specialist

About the role

Driven Properties is looking for a Google Ads Manager to lead its paid search efforts across a massive property inventory. You will own the keyword strategy, ensuring high‑intent traffic is captured while protecting the budget from low‑value queries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) and Page Feed strategies to capture long‑tail traffic for thousands of listings.
• Implement ad customisers and parameters to inject real‑time data such as price, unit availability and countdowns into ad copy.
• Build and maintain granular account structures (STAGs or intent‑based groupings) separating luxury and budget segments.
• Conduct daily/weekly Search Query Reports, create negative keyword lists and block irrelevant or unprofitable traffic.
• Manage bidding using tCPA and tROAS strategies, adjust bid modifiers and auction logic to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to track SQLs (sales‑qualified leads) and closed‑deal revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale Google Search campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving high‑intent traffic and converting it into qualified leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret GA4 events and feed data.
