Graduate Automotive Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate to join ALBA CARS’ one‑year structured graduate programme in Dubai. The role provides a comprehensive introduction to the automotive sales journey, rotating through showroom hosting, call‑centre operations and finance before moving into direct vehicle sales.

Key responsibilities

• Host customers in the showroom, welcome and assist them professionally.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, book appointments and follow‑up.
• Learn automotive finance options, documentation and approval processes.
• Shadow experienced staff and gradually take on vehicle‑sales responsibilities.
• Develop deep knowledge of ALBA CARS’ stock, pricing, features and finance offers.
• Present vehicles, arrange test drives, prepare deals and maintain customer relationships.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system and meet monthly KPIs.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching and feedback sessions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset and ambition to build a long‑term sales career.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai or already residing locally.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
