About the role
We are looking for recent graduates to join our boutique executive search consultancy in Dubai, focusing on talent for hedge funds and commodity trading platforms. The role offers exposure to global mandates and direct collaboration with senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside Vice Presidents, Directors and Managing Directors to deliver search mandates worldwide.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior market individuals.
- Map teams, build org charts and proactively head‑hunt senior executives.
- Build subject‑matter expertise across buy‑side markets.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
- Team player with a competitive edge and resilience.
- Natural curiosity about financial markets and ability to engage senior executives.
- Excellent social skills, sense of humor and organizational ability to multitask.
