Ground Staff – Airline Customer Service (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking energetic freelance ground staff to join our airline operations in Dubai. The role involves direct interaction with passengers, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth airport experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome passengers, answering queries about flights, schedules, and services.
• Check‑in baggage, verify documentation, and process reservations.
• Sell airline tickets and assist with seat assignments.
• Provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or traveling with small children.
• Stock aircraft cabins with refreshments and perform post‑flight cleaning.
• Communicate flight delays, weather updates, and other operational information to passengers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer‑facing or aviation‑related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and a focus on passenger satisfaction.
